I have been using Hyperion Development for a couple of years of years now. First they turned my 1906 narrow bathroom into an amazing space. They had to move a door and wall to add a soaking tub and tile shower. They added a vanity and reconfigured the whole space. Then they did my downstairs “bathroom “ it was just a toilet and mop sink. They moved a wall added a shower and a cute vanity and sink to the space. It is now a full bathroom. I love having a nice bathroom on the main floor especially for guests who are elderly to take showers. I was so happy I had them add a new back deck for entertaining. I also had them paint the whole house and replace the failed gutters. I also had a tree fall thru my fence so they did that too. They are affordable, fast, and clean. They also have great design ideas if you don’t. I also love that they ha e someone for everything you might need, exterminator anything...Highly recommended them!

When I found out that he was starting his own company after working in the building trades for a long time, I knew he would get my business. He's done 2 jobs for me to date and is working on a 3rd. The first one was a townhome in Everett that I needed to get on the market. It had been a rental and needed a complete makeover. The renters did a lot of damage. He and his crew did it all; new floors, new paint, new bathrooms... the works. They did it all quickly and correctly. Also, they went over and above expectations in their attention to the smallest details, making sure all the cabinet and door hardware matched and making sure that everything came together perfectly. I was so impressed that when my wife and I moved to Wenatchee, we asked them to do the update work on our new house. Again, the results were outstanding. New floors and new paint, along with new doors and millwork. Everything was done impeccably. Finally, we're getting our house in Bothell that we just moved out of ready to rent. Hyperion is doing the updates and fixes to make sure we get top dollar on this rental property. Can't say enough about how well these guys operate. If you quality work done quickly, with no BS, these are your guys.
